Order Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, kindly reach out to us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours. Requests made beyond this time frame will be considered final and will proceed with shipping.
Return Policy At Happy Astrology, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. Therefore, we accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
If you receive an item different from your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
- Your item is damaged upon receipt.
No need to return the damaged item. Simply take a photo and email it to [email protected].
Upon receipt of the photo, we will promptly issue a replacement.
Please note: Kindly send the photo within 7 days of receipt. Reports of damaged, missing, or incorrect items made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Note: Due to clearly provided measurements, we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect sizes. Please ensure accurate measurements before placing your order.
How to Return an Eligible Item We accept returns for eligible items via mail only. Here's how:
- 1. Contact us regarding your eligible item via email at [email protected].
- 2. Upon receiving your return merchandise authorization number, fill out the provided form and include it with your return package. Please also mark the exterior of your package with your return authorization number.
- 3. Only pre-authorized returns (complete with return merchandise authorization number) will be accepted by our shipping department. Packages without a return merchandise authorization number will be returned to the sender.
- 4. You will be responsible for covering the shipping and packaging costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid methods will not be accepted for return shipping.
- 5. We recommend choosing a shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe arrival of your return package.
- 6. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.
- 7. Once we receive and verify the condition of your item, we will confirm receipt via email and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- 8. Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the item; shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are nonrefundable.
